Chapter 1.

According to the Credit Information Use and Protection Act Article 33 (Use of Personal Credit Information) and the Personal Information Protection Act Article 15 (Collection and Use of Personal Information), I agree to allow School Juridical Person Heakwang to collect and use personal information written on the interpretation / translation service referral as follows:

Article 1. Right to Consent to Collect and Use Personal Information

1-1. Purpose of Collection and Use

1-1a. Customer Management
Identifying a client and a company, confirming intent to sign a contract, dealing with customer inquiries, managing taxation and etc.

1-1b. Concluding, Maintaining, Fulfilling and Managing a Contract
Managing and informing the progress of interpretation or translation, delivering interpreted or translated materials, offering follow-up service for translated materials and etc.

1-1c. Quality Improvement
Improving the quality of service, estimating the frequency in using, compiling statistics and analyzing on the use of service and etc.

1-2. List of Collection and Use

- Name, Company Name, Telephone Number, Mobile Number, Email Address and etc.

1-3. Period of Possession and Use

1-3a. Until the purpose of personal information collection and use is achieved, or until the request for the withdrawal of consent for collection and use by oneself is made.

1-3b. However, upon attainment of the purpose of collection and use or upon request for withdrawal, the following information shall be retained for the specified period as follows:

1-3b-1. Information for performing contract such as settling fees and debt collection, and for preparing for disputes shall be retained until the contract is terminated or the dispute is settled.

1-3b-2. Information shall be retained when there is a special provision in related laws such as Commercial Law.

1-3c. If the above two provisions are not applicable, the information shall be dept for up to three years from the completion of delivery of the translation service.
