(1) Duration of Service	The duration of interpretation services includes the entire period of which services begins and end, excluding a one-hour lunch break (including break times).
(2) Rehearsal	Rehearsals are performed on the day of service and are included in the duration of the interpretation service. Rehearsals performed on a day other than the day of the event are charged at the same interpretation fee.
(3) Simultaneous interpretation is delivered by a team of two or more interpreters. (Consecutive interpretation or escort interpretation can be performed by one interpreter.)
(4) Pre-meeting	The fee for pre-meetings is charged at 200,000 won per hour for one interpreter. Conference materials should be delivered by the client via e-mail, web hard, mail or parcel service in advance.
(5) Recording	Recording, streaming and broadcasting of interpretation requires prior consent from interpreters. Recording interpreted content is charged at an additional 50% of the initial interpretation service fee. Recording, streaming and broadcasting interpreted content for disclosing is charged at an additional 100% of the initial interpretation service fee. .

8. Allowance for Business Travel

Interpretation provided outside of Seoul is based on a six-hour rate. Interpretation for less than six hours is charged at the six-hour fee. Fees for over six hours are charged at the additional hour rate.

A. Domestic Travel (All areas outside of Seoul)

1) Allowance for travel times – 400,000 won per day is charged for an interpreter who travels a day before/after the day the service is provided.

2) Allowance for an interpreter when not at home – 200,000 won per day

3) 400,000 won is charged for each interpreter per day on which service is not required during stays.

4) Clients should provide the means of transportation which minimize travel times.      Clients should provide airfare to interpreters within Korea, or KTX tickets if there are no airports surrounding the destination.

B. Overseas Travel

1) Allowance for travel time - 500,000 won per day is charged for an interpreter who travels a day before/after the day the service is provided. *When an interpreter travels for eight hours or longer, he/she needs one rest day before the day of interpretation. *When an interpreter travels for 16 hours or longer, he/she needs four rest days; two before and two after the day of interpretation.

2) Allowance for an interpreter when not at home – 200,000 won per day

3) 500,000 won is charged for an interpreter per day on which service is not required during stays.

4) Clients should provide round-trip airfare and transportation fees, as well as accommodation expenses (one hotel room per person).
